Trump Says He'd Keep Affordable Care Act

This guy talks out of both sides of his mouth. He basically says Obamacare stinks, but will keep it until he finds something better and has yet to do so I guess. How do you not find something better if it stinks? Shouldn't this be easy and simple? The man has no plan and never had one ever. He never bothered to even argue any market solutions as other Republicans have done in the past.
