Trump Declares War on Mexican Cartels

As usual, Trump declares wars on people that the United States funds and arms, like the Mexican Cartels. Instead of just simply shutting off the funds and stopping our Intelligence Agencies from working within them, they declare war to make the Government the Solution to the problems that it creates in a classic Cloward and Piven Strategy, which is Problem, Reaction, and Solution, with the Government always being the Solution.
